This luxury villa with spectacular views literally stands on a cliff in the peaceful Cala Es Canutells. It boasts a lovely garden, covered terrace where one can enjoy unforgettable sunsets over the Mediterranean and an infinity swimming pool which merges with the horizon. Es Canutells.-The area is situated on Minorca's south coast where spectacular, white sand beaches combine with small rocky inlets and crystal clear waters, permitting swimming with fish in Paradise. It is therefore not surprising to find small clubs in the area dedicated to water sports and diving. The south-east coast comprises small tourist urbanizations and untouched areas very near Sant Lluis town and just 5km from the airport and Mahon, the island's capital. Some of Menorcas' famous under water caves at nearby Cap D'en Font make this a good base for keen divers. And for the less enthusiastic divers there is good snorkeling just off the beach. If you fancy something a little bit more wild there is a very pretty virgin cove and beach ( Cala Biniparratx ) just up the coast westwards-follow the coast road to Binidali. A small limestone gorge with cut out caves near the beach. Banks, chemist, bakers, Cafes and supermarket along with very good restaurants can be found in the nearby town of San Climent.
